Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

John Marshall Scutter, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP76), was appointed liquidator of the above-named company, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, on 2 October 2025 at 3.54pm.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that the liquidator of CONNIE’S ANGELS HOMECARE LIMITED (in liquidation), fixes 3 November 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act.

Creditors who have not made a claim on or before the above-mentioned date, may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claim is proved, and may not object to that distribution.
