Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Subsequent to the directors of the company filing a declaration at the Companies Office pursuant to section 243A of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) stating that on appointment of a liquidator the company would be able to pay its debts within 12 months of the appointment of liquidators, Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the company by special resolution of the shareholders on 30 September 2025 at 3.20pm.

We fix 3 November 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
