George Bannerman and Rees Logan, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Auckland (Registration Numbers: 147 and 34 respectively), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies at the joint watershed meeting by resolution of the creditors on 24 September 2025 at 3.23pm pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Act.
Notice is given that as liquidators of the companies, fix 30 November 2025, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed, or as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
