Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Notice is hereby given that on 22 September 2025 at 4.00pm, Jared Waiata Booth and Tony Leonard Maginness, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by order of the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”). The applicant creditor was Rich Bryan Audio Limited.

The undersigned does hereby fix 7 November 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
