Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Company Numbers: 2114278 and 8498907

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by the High Court at Auckland on 26 September 2025, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act, at the below times:

• TOP FINANCE LIMITED at 10.50am on the application of Janaki Limited.
• STEADFAST CARPENTERS LIMITED at 10.54am on the application of Carters Building Supplies Limited.

Notice to Creditors

The liquidators fix 24 October 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
