Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Company Numbers: 8243335 and 8008259

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies on 25 September 2025, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act, at the below times:

• BYL BUILDING LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland at 10.50am, on the application of Takanini Home and Trade Limited.
• REPAIR MY HOME LIMITED by the High Court at Invercargill at 12.22pm, on the application of Croydon Devon Holdings Limited.

Notice to Creditors

The liquidators fix 23 October 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
