Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 283(6) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar of Companies has appointed John Marshall Scutter as liquidator of the companies, due to the vacancy in the office of liquidator for BOXMAN ALPHA LIMITED and BOXMAN STORAGE LIMITED (both in receivership and in liquidation). John Marshall Scutter, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP76), has been appointed on 3 September 2025 at 8.34am.
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator of BOXMAN ALPHA LIMITED and BOXMAN STORAGE LIMITED (both in receivership and in liquidation) fixes 31 October 2025, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993. Creditors who have not made a claim on or before the above-mentioned date, may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claim is proved, and may not object to that distribution.
