Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald were appointed joint and several liquidators of TWOBERGS HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholders on 19 September 2025 at 3.09pm.

This is a solvent liquidation.

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 7 November 2025 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
