Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Notice is hereby given that on 19 September 2025 at 3.41pm, Jared Waiata Booth and Tony Leonard Maginness, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by special resolutions of the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

The liquidators fix 31 October 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
