SHIFTING PEAKS LIMITED and CONCRETE WORKS LIMITED (both in liquidation)
Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Daniel Zhang (LP153) were appointed joint and several liquidators of SHIFTING PEAKS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton on 11 August 2025. Notice is given that the liquidators fix 3 October 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Steve Farquhar (IP90) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CONCRETE WORKS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 18 September 2025 at 9.45am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Claims by creditors in the above liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 31 October 2025.
