M & J CONTRACTING LIMITED (in liquidation)
Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald were appointed joint and several liquidators of M & J CONTRACTING LIMITED (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court in Rotorua on 16 September 2025 at 10.48am, following an application by Armer Farms (N.I.) Limited.
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 4 November 2025 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
