Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the companies appointed Malcolm Russell Moore (IP#42) and Stephen Speers Keen (IP#159), both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, as joint and several liquidators of the companies. The liquidation commenced on 16 September 2025 at 11.09am.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 10 October 2025 as the date on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
