OAKRIDGE HOLDINGS 2023 LIMITED (previously known as NZ BUILD RESIDENTIAL LIMITED) on 28 August 2025 at 3.20pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) by the shareholder.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 30 September 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
