LAYBUY GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation)
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephen Speers Keen (IP#159) and Malcolm Russell Moore (IP#42), both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by an order of the High Court at Auckland on the application of LAYBUY GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation), acting by its receivers. The liquidation commenced on 12 September 2025 at 10.48am.
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 10 October 2025 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
