Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Daniel Zhang (LP153), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SAMS GARAGE LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 10 September 2025 at 6.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Steve Farquhar (IP90), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of 2022 DEVONPORT LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 11 September 2025 at 10.05am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on the application of Auckland Council.
Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PERSEVERANCE PRIVATE EQUITY FIRM LIMITED (in liquidation) and SCIROCCO LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolutions of the shareholders of the companies on 15 September 2025 at 12.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
