Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MGIK LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 15 September 2025 at 9.35am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
