SEPT LIMITED and ADAPT KITCHENS LIMITED (both in liquidation)

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, on the dates and times below:
SEPT LIMITED at 8.32pm.
ADAPT KITCHENS LIMITED at 10.12am.
The liquidators fix 28 February 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
