HINGAIA ESTATE LIMITED and SWAAD FOODS NZ LIMITED (both in liquidation)
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, the High Court of New Zealand, Auckland Registry, on the application of Chong Zhou, has appointed Daran Nair (IP72) and Heiko Draht (IP115), both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, jointly and severally, as liquidators in the liquidation of HINGAIA ESTATE LIMITED (in liquidation) on 22 August 2025 at 10.50am and in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Daran Nair (IP72) and Heiko Draht (IP115), were jointly and severally appointed as liquidators by the shareholders in the liquidation of SWAAD FOODS NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) on 1 September 2025 at 3.16pm.
The liquidators fix 14 October 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are required to prove their claims and to establish any priority they may have, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or from objecting to the distribution.
