Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Boris van Delden (IP57), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ECOZONE HOMES LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 3 September 2025 at 9.08pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Daniel Zhang (LP153), Chartered Accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several Liquidators of ANDO (2003) LIMITED (in liquidation) following the director’s resolution as to solvency and a special resolution of the shareholders on 5 September 2025 at 3.46pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. It is a solvent liquidation.
