Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
and Notice to Creditors to Claim

Judith Shields (IP164) and Malcolm Hollis (IP65), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of WIMPEX LIMITED by the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 4 September 2025 at 10.45am.

We fix 17 October 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
