Notice to Appointment of Liquidators

Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald were appointed joint and several liquidators of TARANAKI LOGGERS LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholders on 2 September 2025 at 10.40am.

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 21 October 2025 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
