Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Brenton Hunt, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on 4 September 2025 at 10.12am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) by order of the High Court at Christchurch an application made by Bush Inn Shopping Centre Limited.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

I fix 4 November 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
