Take notice that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Fabian Kane Micheletto, Certified Practicing Accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP160) of SV Partners Insolvency (Vic) Pty Ltd, was appointed liquidator of JUICY FESTIVALS AUSTRALIA LIMITED (in liquidation), Company Number: 8342282, NZBN: 9429050476411, by special resolution of shareholders on 2 September 2025 at 10.00am.
