Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 26 August 2025 at 11.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 30 September 2025 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
