Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Steve Farquhar (IP90), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of 51A MURPHYS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 28 August 2025 at 10.12am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on the application of Auckland Council.
Daniel Zhang (LP153) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Y&A PIZZA LIMITED (trading as Domino’s Pizza Kingsland) (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 29 August 2025 at 9.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
