EXSURGO LIMITED (in receivership and liquidation)
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Mark Terence McDonald (IP#138) and Stephen Speers Keen (IP#159), both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by an order of the High Court at Auckland on the application of certain shareholders of the company. The liquidation commenced on 28 August 2025 at 12.50pm.
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 26 September 2025 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
