On 26 August 2025, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator. The liquidations commenced on 26 August 2025 at 12.15pm.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 3 October 2025.
