NEW TRENDS HOMES LIMITED, M3LKR TELECOMMUNICATION LIMITED, ELLIOT VILLAGE LIMITED and DSHS FOOD LIMITED (all in liquidation)
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Daran Nair (IP72) and Heiko Draht (IP115), both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were jointly and severally appointed as liquidators by the shareholders in the liquidations of NEW TRENDS HOMES LIMITED (in liquidation) on 20 August 2025 at 2.00pm and M3LKR TELECOMMUNICATION LIMITED (in liquidation) on 24 August 2025 at 4.46pm and ELLIOT VILLAGE LIMITED (in liquidation) on 22 August 2025 at 4.41pm and DSHS FOOD LIMITED (in liquidation) on 26 August 2025 at 10.16am.
The liquidators fix 30 September 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are required to prove their claims and to establish any priority they may have, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or from objecting to the distribution.
