Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by the High Court at Auckland on 19 August 2025 at 9.41am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act, on the application of Lesley Jennifer Price, and Lesley Jennifer Price and Penelope Mary Smalley-Oldfield as Trustees of the Taihiki Family Trust.

Notice to Creditors

The liquidators fix 16 September 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
