Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CEDA DRYCLEANERS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 15 August 2025 at 10.35am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Boris van Delden (IP57), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of WATERLOO IMPASSE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 18 August 2025 at 3.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on the application of Body Corporate 125491.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Daniel Zhang (LP153), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ACCELERATE SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 19 August 2025 at 12.41pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
