Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 22 August 2025 at 10.00am a special resolution pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act was passed by the shareholders to liquidate the company and appoint Rachel Mason-Thomas (IP109) and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer (IP106), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, as liquidators.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

The liquidators fix 26 September 2025 as the day by which the creditors are to make their claims to establish any priority under section 312 of the Act or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
