Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of DONEHUE & CO FARMING NZ LIMITED by the High Court at Timaru pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 21 August 2025 at 10.46am on the application of Allrita Supply Chain Management PTE Limited.

We fix 26 September 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
