Notice of Appointment of Interim Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as interim liquidators of the company by the High Court at Auckland on 21 August 2025 at 3.30pm, on the application of Sufang Du, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The interim liquidators fix 17 October 2025 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
