Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Daran Nair (IP72) and Heiko Draht (IP115), both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were jointly and severally appointed as liquidators by the shareholders in the solvent liquidations of DG NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) on 14 August 2025 at 11.06am and EASHAN DEVELOPMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) on 14 August 2025 at 11.07am and DH SUPERMARKET PAPATOETOE LIMITED (in liquidation) on 18 August 2025 at 2.53pm and in the insolvent liquidation of MASTERPIECE HOME LIMITED (in liquidation) on 18 August 2025 at 4.15pm.

The liquidators fix 30 September 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are required to prove their claims and to establish any priority they may have, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or from objecting to the distribution.
