Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald were appointed joint and several liquidators of SOCIALIZE GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholders on 18 August 2025 at 4.00pm.

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 6 October 2025 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
