Pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) Jessica Jane Kellow, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed replacement liquidator of the above-named company on 14 August 2025 at 3.20pm, further to the resignation of Thomas Lee Rodewald on 14 August 2025 at 12.45pm, pursuant to section 283(2) of the Act.
