Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Larissa Helen Logan, was appointed liquidator of DIRT WORLD LIMITED (in liquidation) by Order of the High Court in Auckland on 12 December 2024 at 10.57am The applicant creditor was Rock and Rubble Limited.

We fix 12 February 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
