Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named partnership by the general partners on 13 August 2025 at 10.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act and the Limited Partnerships Act 2008.

This is a solvent liquidation.

Notice to Creditors

The liquidators fix 10 September 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the partnership are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
