Steve Farquhar (IP90) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BOTANY INVESTMENTS NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 5 August 2025 at 1.45pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Daniel Zhang (LP153), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SHIFTING PEAKS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton on 11 August 2025 at 11.50am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on the application of Braun Bond and Lomas Limited.
Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Daniel Zhang (LP153), chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of VIDEO MARKETING (N.Z.) LIMITED (in liquidation) following the director’s resolution as to solvency and a special resolution of the shareholders on 11 August 2025 at 2.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. It is a solvent liquidation.

Daniel Zhang (LP153) and Iain McLennan (IP82) were appointed joint and several liquidators of EPAC NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 24 February 2025 at 12.00pm.
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 31 August 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
