PIPE VISION NZ LIMITED and PIPE VISION HOLDINGS LIMITED (both in liquidation)
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of PIPE VISION NZ LIMITED and PIPE VISION HOLDINGS LIMITED commenced on 11 August 2025 at 10.26am and 10.27am respectively, when creditors appointed Daniel Stoneman and Neale Jackson, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993.
The undersigned does hereby fix 29 August 2025 as the date on or before which creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Creditors who have already filed claims in the administration of one of the companies need to file a new claim in that company’s liquidation for the amount they are owed at the date of liquidation.
If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets of the above companies, please provide details to the liquidators forthwith.
