Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of GZ BRICKLAYING LIMITED, GZ BUILDING LIMITED and GZ GROUP CONSTRUCTION LIMITED by the shareholders on 11 August 2025 at 9.00am.

We fix 11 September 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
