Adam Botterill and Damien Grant, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of C V J CONTRACTING LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of the company’s shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 8 August 2025 at 11.30am.
