Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by an order of the High Court at Rotorua on the date and times below:

GUNTRIP LOGISTICS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.09am.

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 23 September 2025 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
