Take notice that SWALLOW CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, to be put into liquidation and appointed Mohammed Tazleen Nasib Jan (Licensed Insolvency Practitioner – LIP150) as liquidator on 6 August 2025 at 4.09pm.

I fix 3 September 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority or to be excluded from any benefit provided creditors with debts and claims are proved.
