Daniel Zhang (LP153) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of FUSION PASSION LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 1 August 2025 at 10.24pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
