Adam Botterill and Damien Grant, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of EVA MOORE SHEETMETALS (NZ) LIMITED and PROJECT CLEAN NZ LIMITED (both in liquidation) by special resolution of the companies’ shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 1 August 2025 at 1.30pm and 4 August 2025 at 11.49am.
We fix 8 September 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
