Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Take notice that MAJOR DRIVE HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Wellington pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 29 July 2025 to be put into liquidation.

Iain Andrew Nellies, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 29 July 2025 at 10.43am and creditors may make enquiries from the liquidator whose address is c/- Insolvency Management Limited, PO Box 1058 Dunedin 9054.
