Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ORIZEN TYRES PUKEKOHE LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholders on 30 July 2025 at 10.00pm.

Notice is given the liquidators fix 18 September 2025 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
