KIWI LAND AND BUILD LIMITED (in liquidation)
Wendy Somerville and Richard Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of KIWI LAND AND BUILD LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 29 July 2025 at 10.39am on the application of the Inland Revnue.
We fix 5 September 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
