Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Company Nos.: 6329071 and 8313341

The above-named companies were placed into liquidation on 29 July 2025 at 6.15pm and 30 July 2025 at 11.53am by special resolution of the companies’ shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”). Adam Botterill (IP143) and Damien Grant (IP131), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

We fix 4 September 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
